Ingredients

2.5 oz Fid Street Gin

3/4 oz Tempus Fugit Spirits

Creme de Noyuax

0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

0.5 Dash Simple Syrup

2 Dashes Orange Bitters

2 Dashes Aromatic Bitters

 

Directions

Add all ingredients to a shaking tin and then add ice.

Shake and strain into a chilled coupe.

Garnish with a twist of lemon.

Tongue Thai'd

Ingredients

0.75 oz TF Banana

0.5 oz Manzanilla Dry Cherry

1 oz Bruichladdich Unpeated Scotch

0.25 oz TF Gran Classico

1 Dash Thai Spice Bitters

 

Directions

Place all ingredients into a mixing glass.

Add ice and stir for 12 seconds. Strain into a large 

glass with the large round ice ball. Place Garnish.

Golden Glacier

Ingredients

1.5 oz Hardy Organic Cognac

0.5 oz Tempus Fugit Spirits

Creme de Cacao

0.25 oz Green chartreuse

3 Barspoon Dashesh aromatic bitters

 

Directions

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and then add ice.

Stir and strain over a glacier ice block in a chilled coupe.

Express a twist of orange then discard.

Ingredients

1.5 oz Tosco Plata

0.5 oz Fiorente Elderflower
0.5 oz Lime Juice

0.5 oz Pineapple Juice

2 oz Soda water

2 Jalapeno Slices

4 Cucumber Wheels

 

Directions

Extract the cucumber and jalapeno juice by gently and 

pressing both at the bottom of a shaker. Add the rest of

the ingredients except soda water and shake with the ice

for 7 secondsStrain into collins glass top with ice.

Ingredients

1.5 oz Pau Maui Vodka

0.5 oz Aperol

1 oz Pineapple Juice

0.5 oz Lime Juice

Splash Sparkling Water

 

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a glass over ice and stir.

BLACKBERRY NEGRONI FLOAT

Ingredients

1 oz Gran Classico Bitter

1 oz gin

1 oz sweet vermouth

3 oz blackberry syrup (recipe below)
sparkling water

2 scoops vanilla ice cream

fresh blackberries, for garnish
Blackberry Syrup
1 c blackberries
¼ c water
¼ c honey

 

Directions

Make the syrup by combining blackberries, water, and

honey in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.

Strain seeds and chill syrup until ready to use. To make a

float, add Gran Classico Bitter, gin, vermouth, and

blackberry syrup to a tall glass and stir to combine.

Add vanilla ice cream scoops then top with sparkling

water. Enjoy!

Blood Orange Margarita

(Makes 2)

Ingredients

Black lava and sea salt for rim

4 oz Tosco Tequila

1 1/2 oz fresh blood orange juice

1 1/2 oz fresh lime juice

1 oz simple syrup

Citrus slices for garnish

 

Directions

Prepare 2 glasses with a black lava salt and sea salt rim.

Fill the glasses with ice. In a cocktail tin, add Tosco, blood

orange juice, lime juice and simple syrup. Add ice and shake

until the outside of the tin is chilled. Strain into your

prepared glasses and enjoy!

LEMON DROP 

Ingredients

2 oz PAU Maui Vodka

1 oz fresh lemon juice

0.75 oz simple syrup

0.25 oz dry curaçao 

 

 Direction

Add all ingredients to a shaking tin and then add ice.

Shake well and strain into a coupe glassand garnish with a lemon rind.

Cranberry Cognac Old Fashioned 

Ingredients 

2 oz Hardy Organic VSOP Cognac 

0.5 oz cranberry vanilla syrup 

8 drops spruce tip bitters

  

Directions
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a large coupe over

a single cube. Garnish with an expressed orange twist.
